Aaron Rodgers Not Medically Cleared For Packers Big Game Against The Steelers Following A Friday Morning Checkup.
Green Bay Packers, Aaron Rodgers fractured his left clavicle during week 9 against the NFC North division rival, Chicago Bears. The team went on to lose 4 games including a tie with the Minnesota Vikings that has hindered them being tied in standings with the Bears.
In the last two weeks however, Green Bay’s won consecutive games with one against the Atlanta Falcons and the other being the arguably the worst lost in Dallas Cowboys history. Packers coach Mike McCarthy announced earlier today, they’re just not ready to play Aaron for safety purposes after he didn’t receive medical clearance to hit the field on Sunday.
Luckily for the cheese heads, they will be home this weekend in a pivotal match-up against Big Ben and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Next week is the last Sunday for the season, and Green Bay will head to Chicago in a potential winner-take-all NFC North game against the Bears.
