Here’s the robbery on camera
Earlier this spring, before losing his WBA Light Welterweight title for missing weight, Adrien Broner had a warrant out for his arrest, after allegedly knocking out friend Christopher Carson last winter.
The 26-year-old fighter would turn himself into the Cincinnati authorities and immediately post bail soon after; but that didn’t stop Carson from still filing a lawsuit against him.
It was previously reported that Adrien was charged with aggravated robbery and felony assault, following the loss of $14,000 from a bowling game last January. After Carson called it a night, Broner wanted to triple up and possibly win back his loses on credit card, but was unsuccessful.
Well, as you can see above, footage has officially emerged from the incident, which shows Adrien screaming and demanding the thousands of dollars back at Madison Bowl on January 21st. The video was submitted to evidence for the case yesterday, as Broner could face serious prison time if convicted. Let us know in the comments your thoughts on what you think of Adrien’s actions.
