Andrew Wiggins Lights Up The Atlanta Hawks in Win

The young fella holding it down

NBA League Pass was popping for Minnesota Timberwolves fans tonight thanks to Andrew Wiggins. Son was putting up career-high stats in Monday night’s win against the Atlanta Hawks and he did it in high flying and silky smooth fashion.

The sophomore guard had 33 points on 15-22 shooting and managed dished out 4 assists. Not to mention how many dunks he had in the game. From put backs, to posterizations, he was all over the place. Even the circus shots —and one— were going in. Turn around fade away shots, his mid-range game, wide open treys from downtown; everything. Wiggins was unstoppable.

As you can see, he was throwing down slams on veterans with no fear.

Young Andrew put the ‘Wolves up when it counted most: in crunch time.

It didn’t have to be that way, but Minnesota blew a 34-point lead to give the Hawks the lead in the 4th quarter. Wiggins put the team on his back and hit some crucial jumpers to preserve the late game lead and give the squad the edge they needed to pull out the W.
