Andrew Wiggins Throws Down The Slam on “Lob City”

Andrew Wiggins hasn’t had many slams to start his NBA season, partly because Ricky Rubio is out with an injury, but he showed out in Los Angeles against the “Lob City” professionals on Monday night.

After a clean steal off J.J. Redick, the young Minnesota Timberwolves broke out into transition and the play ended with an alley oop to the No. 1 pick in the draft. Of course, Blake Griffin just stood there, not even trying to contest the shot. Wiggins cruised for the slam.

As you can probably guess, the Clips took home the victory at home, routing the Wolves 127-101 thanks to the 46 points Griffin and Reddick combined for. Watch the highlights below.
