Antonio Brown Breaks Steelers Franchise Records in Yards & Receptions

History was made!

The Pittsburgh Steelers may have lost Ben Roethlisberger for a few weeks thanks to a foot injury, but on the other side of the ball, Antonio Brown had a monster of a game.

The star wide receiver struggled for half of the year without Big Ben under center, but when Ben is on the field, he’s shining. Just put it this way, he had 180 yards receiving at halftime. By the time the game finished, Brown had a ridiculous stat line of 17 receptions and 284 yards. Both of those happen to be Steelers franchise records.

Antonio also became the fourth player in franchise history to catch for over 6000 yards.

Pittsburgh went on to defeat the Oakland Raiders in a thriller, which came down to the wire. A field goal with time running out gave them the edge.

FINAL: PIT 38 | OAK 35
