With A-Rod still EXILED, Biogenis founder Tony Bosh officially charged for steroid distribution.
Last year, Tony Bosch became the center of the largest dope scandal in America’s history. The former director of the South Florida anti-aging Biogenesis of America clinic, officially surrendered earlier today to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) for steroid conspiracy.
At the present, he’s set to plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute anabolic steroids. Along with 8 others from the Florida-based facility, the clinical ring allegedly distributed anabolic steroids from October 2008 to December 2012. So far, Alex Rodriguez (who blew MLB trial for a full 2014 season), Ryan Braun, Nelson Cruz, Everth Cabrera and Jhonny Peralta among 14 confirmed users have been suspended through baseball.
However, the MLB isn’t the only sport many are suspecting to be using illegal performance enhancement drugs – which we soon could see more fall victim during future arraignments.

Coincidentally, this is just one year following the original suspending of the 20 MLB players in its original steroid scandal, which even Alex Rodriguez’ cousin Yuri Sucart was part of people escorted by the D.E.A. to federal courthouses in Miami. The investigation gained national headlines when reports surfaced Bosch was accused of providing underage athletics with P.E.D.’s and would’ve faced a 10-year sentencing if he didn’t surrender earlier.
