Port Arthur, Texas own and hip-hip legend, Bun B stopped by ESPN2 to join the debate desk with Skip Bayless and Stephen A. Smith on First Take. Here the three discuss whether Cam Newton’s rookie season was a fluke along with some other stories in current sports.
Cam Newton has suffered much criticism this year from the media with overly exaggerated high-expectations for a team that lacks supporting talent. Things have recently took a turn for the worst with the Panthers losing 3-straight as Cam has been dealing with a physical and mental breakdown.
Things got so hot in discussions about “Killa Cam,” that Stephen A. even brought up Bun B’s fellow Bayou City resident, Vince Young, who dealt with the same criticism early in his career but this prompted the Trill OG to step in and get things straight.
