C.J. McCollum has been interviewing NBA Commissioner Adam Silver over the course of three years and The Player’s Union was there for the third segment of their talk.
Silver was very candid about answering the tough questions C.J. threw at him, even when it seemed like he was joking around with some (ie. the social media question). During their conversation, they spoke on the sponsored jerseys on the way, player celebrations, keeping the next All-Star game in Charlotte in the wake of the tragedy in Orlando and what his handshakes are all about. Not to mention the controversial suspension of Draymond Green during the NBA Finals.
The commissioner also spoke on programs they have in place to help NBA players become general managers, possibly having the All-Star game at remote locations and more.
