CC Sabathia has reportedly signed with JAY Z’s Roc Nation Sports. Find out the details after the jump.

It’s the Roc! JAY Z has secured another major signing to his Roc Nation Sports agency tonight, as he has reportedly locked down New York Yankees pitcher CC Sabathia. This is a major move for both Hov and CC, and is the second major baseball player Jay has locked down along with now Seattle Mariner Robinson Cano. If you remember Hov got Cano a hefty contract this winter that took him to Seattle. Though CC is in a different position in his career and under contract with the Yanks for 2 more seasons.
The deal was announced by CC via his Twitter account and the official terms are not yet known. It will be interesting to see if Jay tries to get CC an extension moving forward to keep CC in NYC throughout the end of his career or if they will look to go elsewhere. Though CC did have a down year this past season, there is no doubt that he is still an elite pitcher in the league. Stay tuned for more details from the story as they develop.
