Chicago Bulls Land Michael Carter-Williams in Trade with Bucks

Does the three-point line even matter anymore in Chicago at this point?

With the NBA regular season nearly two weeks away, the Chicago Bulls have made one last off-season transaction with landing Michael Carter-Williams. According to ESPN’s Jeff Goodman, Chicago has a trade in place to send off swingman Tony Snell in exchange for the former 2014 rookie of the year to the Milwaukee Bucks. The move now gives the Chicago Bulls, literally, their first legit back-up point guard in over five years, who can gain experience from Rajon Rondo and Dwyane Wade in the backcourt. Snell, who is a low-risk, high-reward move for Jason Kidd and the Bucks, never quite saw extended minutes on the court in his time with the Bulls.
