Chris Bosh Says He’s Ready To Come Back to Miami Heat

It’s been an up and down year for Chris Bosh. Originally, the Miami Heat forward got diagnosed for blood clots and had to shut down his season right All-Star break. Then he finally came back and started experiencing symptoms of the blood clots and had to be shut down again.

As much as he wanted to come back last season, Heat doctors advised against it, for his own health. Even the NBA got involved and gave their case to hold him back, even after he received second opinions from other doctors that said he was good enough to come back. Some said that Miami did this for financial reasons, but the organization swears they are just looking out for his safety.

Now we’re back to square one again.

Bosh now feels fine wants to rejoin the Heat at the start of training camp after going through treatment and workouts. He talked about his situation for the first time this summer through a podcast.

“We’ve been talking about it for a long time. We released a statement in May that as soon as I’m ready to play, as soon as possible, I’ll play. I’m ready. I’ve done all my work working with the doctors. I’m in incredible shape. … I look good when I take my shirt off.”

The thing is, Bosh has been working out away from the team and has not yet been cleared by Heat doctors as of yet. The organization has not commented on the situation recently either.

Let’s just hope Bosh can get back on the court and help his team get back to championship caliber play. They need it. Especially after Dwyane Wade left to Chicago.
