For every Saturday of the 2013 College Football season we have brought you an exclusive preview of the best games to watch. This week is a little different due to the lack of compelling games in the NCAA before conference play really heats up next week.
With that in mind, we’re here to break down the biggest game of the evening, which will see the Auburn & LSU in an intense SEC showdown. Both teams are currently undefeated, so this game holds massive implications and an edge up in the conference.
Auburn is coming off their most disappointing season in recent memory, but are off to a great start so far. However, this game will be their toughest test to this point and will prove whether they’re really back to being an elite contender. It doesn’t help that they travel into what may be the loudest stadium in the country out in Death Valley, LSU.
The key to this game will boil down to which team can control the tempo and keep the mistakes to a minimum. If LSU and Les Miles are able to keep the mistakes low and force some turnovers, this could be a very long night for Auburn.
