According to federal court records, Hall of Famer and legendary Miami Dolphins quarterback Dan Marino has sued the NFL over concussion related injuries. Only 9 years removed from his Hall of Fame induction, the 52-year-old legend is among 14 other former unnamed players that have took their cases to U.S. District Court of Philadelphia.
Last year, the NFL was set pay $765 million in a settlement fee with former players suffering from brain disorders in the likes of dementia or other concussion-related symptoms, but now sees another nasty situation that could be heading to court once again. Exact symptoms are yet to be revealed, but hit the jump for words from his lawyers.
