Chelsea have agreed terms with PSG for the transfer of David Luiz in a surprising $84m deal. The Brazilian player joined the London club in 2011 from Benfica for around $34m, and has been an important part of the squad in terms of winning the Champions League, FA Cup and Europa League trophy. The transfer to France is now down to the agreement of personal terms and passing a medical, making him the most expensive defender in history.
