Giants get burned
When DeMarco Murray switched NFC East teams, these are the types of plays Philadelphia Eagles fans wanted to see from him. Now that Chip Kelly got the boot, it seems like he’s ready to prove what he hasn’t all season, burning the New York Giants on his first carry of today’s game.
On a run play up the middle, Murray made one cut back and turned on the jets to burn the G-Men defense, cruising to a 54-yard touchdown to give the team a 7-0 lead.
He hasn’t done much since, but at least he got the birds on the scoreboard.
