Bullying is a problem in the NFL? Over the weekend, troubling details arose out of Miami, surrounding right tackle Jonathan Martin leaving the team. At first it was reported that he left because of an emotional issue, but now sources say it was because of potential bullying incident. The suspected culprit? None other than fellow offensive lineman Richie Incognito, who maybe has the worst reputation in the league and has been in the middle of these types of situations before.
How bad was it for Martin? Sources say that Incognito pressured Martin into giving him $15,000 for a trip to Las Vegas with some other Dolphins teammates and Martin didn’t even attend this trip that he put all that money up for! The NFL is now stepping in an launching a full blown investigation into the matter.
