Three time NBA Champion and Finals MVP, Dwyane Wade was next featured on ESPN’s “Face-to-Face” interview series. In the sit-down with network journalist and anchorwoman Hannah Storm, Wade opened up in detail regarding his confirmed reduced and secondary role to not hinder the success of the Heat and allowing LeBron James coming of age into champion.
Hannah mentioning Wade’s comments before the 2014 season began, stating he’s the second option for good. Wade went on to say, he understands Bron being the best player in the game currently and the only focus he has is NBA Finals appearances every year. Dwyane touches on developing a brotherhood over the years with LeBron and also discussed his upcoming wedding ceremony with Gabrielle Union, which he still doesn’t know what he’s wearing after taking charge for the event. After a two week absence from action dealing with various injuries, Wade returned to the Heat Saturday in a losing effort, but scored 24 points.
Miami’s currently a half game back behind the Indiana Pacers for the top seed in the east and have two more games remaining before this Saturday’s 2014 NBA Playoffs begin.
