In the latest episode of ESPN’s E:60, Lisa Salters profiles the life and career of former NBA superstar Anfernee “Penny” Hardaway. Along with Grant Hill during the 1990s, many fans though the two would the next Michael Jordan. Sadly those two players suffered a shortened career from multiple injuries that plagued their careers. In the episode, Lisa Salters follows Penny through his hometown of Memphis, to being one of the NBA’s highest paid player earning over $100 million. Following his retirement in December of 2007, a childhood friend would call Penny for a life changing experience to return back to basketball.
