ESPN sports journalist Gene Wojciechowski sat down with Tiger Woods for the network’s “Sunday Conversation” series where the two tackled a couple of topics lingering in his professional career as a golfer. Wood’s hasn’t won a major in over 5 years and is looking to get back on the winning track 2013 U.S. Open which starts this Thursday lasting until Sunday evening. Coincidentally, his last Major was for the 2008 Open where he won in a playoff against Rocco Mediate.
After his nasty divorce fallout and very public scandal, he’s seemed to have finally gotten his professional career back in order. This year, he’s already won 4 events from the Farmers Insurance Open, WGC-Cadillac Championship, WGC-Cadillac Championship and The Players Championship. During the 2013 Master’s however, he was disqualified from the event after an alleged illegal drop, which hindered him from fully dominating the game of golf once again.
