Fox and the NFL are ready to take full advantage of the digital age, as they announced free Super Bowl XLVIII streaming on it’s Fox Sports Go service for all computers and iPads. This stream will include the full game between the Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos and the halftime show, which will feature Bruno Mars and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. The stream is part of a special preview of the Fox Sports Go package, to give fans a taste of the service and everything it offers.
Much like the WWE Network, Fox Sports Go is an interactive service that gives subscribers tons of content right at their fingertips on their computers or tablets. A spokesmen for the network stated that streaming the Super Bowl will be a great way for them to get people on board and see what the service is all about. We would have to definitely agree, as we see more and more networks moving to these digital services in hopes of keeping up with the times.
