Warriors Find Starting Center after Bogut Departure

This is still surreal

Following the biggest free agent signing in six years, the Golden State Warriors are addressing a few holes on their roster – after landing Kevin Durant. The Bay Area team soon traded away Andrew Bogut to Dallas, after Harrison Barnes agreed to a max-deal with the Mavericks.

However, with a big void left in their front court (require if they want another championship), the Warriors soon looked to veteran Zaza Pachulia – who was out of a starting role in Dallas. With little money left, Golden State gets a steal at grabbing up Zaza on a one-year, $2.9 million deal, as he’ll join the starting line-up of Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Kevin Durant and Draymond Green.

Luckily with good IQ on both ends of the court, including passing and defensive qualities, he should be able to fit right into their plans of making another deep post-season run next year.
