Harrison Barnes’ Nasty Posterization on Dwight Howard

That’s good defense by the center

We all know the Houston Rockets aren’t known for their defensive prowess, especially when it comes to James Harden and Dwight Howard, but the latter was in midseason form to start the game tonight against the Golden State Warriors.

After Harrison Barnes burned Trevor Ariza with a cross over move to the left, Howard didn’t help out on the block and let Barnes come straight at him. That effectively left him on the other side of a posterization that could have been avoided if he rotated faster. He tried to jump and get a hand in there, but it was already too late because Harrison was coming at him with too much momentum.

The dancing from the Warriors bench after the dunk, though. HA!
