In two weeks, Manny Pacquiáo will finally be getting his rematch against Timothy Bradley for the WBO Welterweight title. Nearly two years after their original outing where Tim won in a controversial split-decision, Pacman would go on to lose a consecutive fight during December of 2012 in knockout fashion against Juan Manuel Márquez.
Manny would take 11 months off from the sport before defeating Brandon Rios for the vacant WBO International Welterweight title last November. Unlike their previous fight, we’re sure Manny will not be taking Bradley lightly for the re-match after seeing him fight in back-to-back 12 round fights against Juan Manuel Marquez and Ruslan Provodnikov during 2013.
The 30-year-old Bradley’s still undefeated in his 10-year professional career, looking to become arguably the new face of boxing with a victory next Saturday at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. Episode one features everything what we’re talking about above, along with some highlights of their training regimens in preparations for the big fight night. Episode two should feature more trash talk after each fighter has watched the pilot to boost their adrenaline.
