Last year, news surfaced regarding the very popular HBO show Hard Knocks and how it will team with the NFL to force a team onto the show if none volunteer. We now find out some more in-depth details about what teams can be forced to do it and after running through the tally, it could come down to eight squads. Those teams are the Bears, Bills, Cardinals, Giants, Jaguars, Raiders, Rams & Steelers.
It will only come down to one of those eight teams if no other team volunteers for the spot, which is unusual but could happen. The criteria to eliminate teams from being forced into the show included: if they have been on the show in the last decade, if they will have a new head coach this season and if they have been to the playoffs in the last two seasons.
