Ravens Find Surge Protector To Withstand Big Third Quarter 17-0 Run From 49ers After Power Outage.

For the final game of the 2012-13 NFL season, we witnessed an instant classic with the Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers in the first ever Super Bowl that featured brothers as opposing head coaches for a “Harbaugh Bowl.” The stage was set at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana as the trash talking would soon begin after kick-off.

This marked the Ravens second Super Bowl appearance ever as they won in Super Bowl XXXV in 2001 with Ray Lewis as MVP as they were looking to give him a final going away present a victory tonight. San Francisco entered the game seeking their sixth Super Bowl which could’ve tied the Pittsburgh Steelers for most all time by a franchise. The 49ers were 5-0 in the big game while the Ravens were 1-0 marking the first time with two undefeated teams heading in the Super Bowl as one would eventually have to lose.
