Indianapolis Colts Owner Jim Irsay Facing Four Felony Conts After DUI Arrest Sunday Night.
It’s very rare a public sports figure off-the-court gets arrested, but Colts Owner Jim Irsay is currently facing four felony counts after suspicion of drunken driving. Sunday night, Irsay was driving and failed to use a turn signal, which officers pulled him over in a “routine stop.”
Jim failed multiple sobriety tests and local Carmel Police officers found prescription drugs in the form of pill bottles at his possession, that weren’t prescribed. Irsary was immediately arrested on possession of a controlled substance with a bond set at $22,500. While he’s currently still in holding, his hearing is expected to begin later on this afternoon. Check after the jump for a video on the story, along with an official press release on the situation for the team.
