We learned a little more about Isaiah Thomas this week, but he’s still balling out and turning shit up in the fourth quarter against teams. Case in point, he electrified TD Garden as the Boston Celtics took on the Toronto Raptors tonight.
On this play, he hit a 3-pointer from Steph Curry-esque range, leaving only two seconds left on the clock.
But the best part of the game came in the fourth quarter when he put the Celtics on his back and sealed the victory at home. Thomas had 44 points and 7 assists on the night. Beast.
The Raps didn’t have DeMar DeRozan, so Kyle Lowry took on the reigns for the squad, dropping 32 points and dishing out 5 assists. It wasn’t enough to get the win on the road, though.
FINAL: BOS 109 | TOR 104
