Jameis Winston Determined To Win More National Titles & Heisman’s At FSU For Two More Years.

Last month during the Florida State Seminoles victory of the 2014 National Championship, quarterback, Jameis Winston stated he would like to remain with the university for two more years. While most brushed the statement off as a “celebration talk”, the 20-year-old reiterated his stance yesterday that head Coach Jimbo Fisher also revealed weeks ago stating his star might play two more years of college football. Winston plans to play baseball for school next season, after recently being named to the 3rd team in all-American play.

Last season, Jameis became the first freshman QB to win both the BCS National Title game, as well as the Heisman Trophy in the same season. There are obvious injury risk factors that are surrounding him next year, but when the imminent exit of his much talked about offensive-line leaving for the NFL, he’ll have some major decisions to think about next summer on his future.

“Obviously I’m a big baseball person, so that’s an accurate statement because I plan on playing baseball next season anyway. Obviously, I’m not even worried about the draft and stuff like that,” Winston said Thursday. “I’m worried about winning championships here at Florida State.”
