Milwaukee looking to be a destination in a few years
Only a year removed from his retirement 12 months ago, Jason Kidd made a debut on the sidelines in 2013 as the head coach of the Brooklyn Nets. While the team suffered significant injuries, including their star player Brook Lopez missing the entire season, the aging cast of veterans still managed to finish with a 44-38 record. Now in a new situation with the Milwaukee Bucks, Kidd brings his knowledge and leadership to an array of young and eager players to get their feet wet on the court in an open Eastern Conference.
Last season, the Bucks finished with the worst record in the entire league and drafted Jabari Parker as the no. 2 overall pick. In a sit-down with Fox Sports 1, Jason discusses expectations for the upcoming season and how he expects to build a franchise around the talent of Jabari.
