JAY Z has been slowly, but surely, been building up the Roc Nation sports clients list over the course of the last year or so and every once in a while, he shows up to support some of them.
On Sunday, he made his way St. Louis, MO to watch an football star in the making and the clear front runner in the NFL Rookie of the Year race: Rams running back Todd Gurley. And boy did it pay off because after going quiet for the past few weeks, Gurley went back into beastmode status against the Detroit Lions with the boss in the building. He finished the game with 16 carries, 140 yards and two touchdowns. Not too shabby of a day for the Roc Nation Sports client.
We’re sure Hov was plenty motivation for TG30 to make plays like these:
