MLB lifer discusses domestic violence in all sports
Although Joe Torre may longer be in the dugout calling shots for the New York Yankees, that doesn’t mean he’s not keeping a close eye on the franchise that changed his life. The hall-of-fame MLB player-coach was recently featured on CNN’s Unguarded with Rachel Nichols to discuss current Yankee transactions.
Last month, Derek Jeter played in his final home game for the pinstrippers and joined a collective of his former teammates to greet Mr. November after his legendary walk-off RBI. With reports surfacing a few weeks ago that Alex Rodriguez may be returning to New York next year, he cited being more worried about A-Rod’s mental in comparison to the physical aspect of the game he’s been preparing for over the last 10 months.
