The Tampa Bay Buccaneers fullback suffers a major setback

With the Seattle Seahawks whopping the ass of the Arizona Cardinals to potentially get a home game for the NFC Playoffs, the Carolina Panthers still have the league’s MVP Cam Newton in the game. While the young collective of Jameis Winston and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers look to build into future, with a respectable 6-win season, the team suffered a major off-season setback.

During the mid-way point of the first quarter, fullback Jorvorskie Lane would suffer the worst injury of career. On a routine rush deep in their own territory, the former Texas A&M Aggie player would fall under a pile of 300 pound-plus athletes, while trying to block for his running-back. He was soon carted off the field, as tears ran down the faces of teammates and opponents over the course of 5 minutes. After you take a look at the pic above, peep the play that caused this broken leg.
