Josh Gordon Has Big Plans For His Return to Browns This Sunday

Can he duplicate the success from last year?

After serving his 10-game suspension for violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy, wide receiver Josh Gordon is ready to go beastmode on opposing defenders and everyone who doubted him this year. He will most likely make his splash this Sunday for the Cleveland Browns, who are on the edge of making the playoffs, and have gone 6-4 without him this season. With their receiving core being banged up and not up to par, the addition of Josh instantly gives them a boost in the passing attack.

In a conversation with Nate Burleson, Gordon sounded determined to cast his wrath on the league and everyone who stands in his way for the next six weeks.

“He told me: ‘Starting on practice this Wednesday, I’m going to outwork everybody on the field. I’m going to try to evoke a pride in Cleveland that can hopefully lead us to the playoffs. I plan to lose 10 to 15 pounds and when I come back I’m going to tear this league up”

The Browns take on the Atlanta Falcons at the Georgia Dome this Sunday and judging on that secondary, Josh Gordon might have one hell of a comeback.
