Josh Richardson Throws Down Monster Dunk Against Bulls

Miami Heat rookie Josh Richardson has been impressing during the second half of the season and it’s plays like these that have all eyes on him out at South Beach.

During tonight’s game against the Chicago Bulls, the second round draft pick out of Tennessee took flight down the middle and brought down the house at AmericanAirlines Arena in Miami. Luol Deng set him up nice at the top of the key and the Bulls couldn’t stop him as he was coming at full speed towards the basket ready to break the rim with the jam. Bobby Portis tried, but failed.

Richardson ended up with 11 points off the bench, while Dwyane Wade led all Heat scorers on the night with 21 points in the win at home.

With the loss, the Bulls remain at the ninth spot in the Eastern Conference and on the outside looking in when it comes to this year’s playoff race. Jimmy Butler had 25 points and 6 rebounds, and Pau Gasol added 21 points and 12 rebounds, but it wasn’t enough for a dub.

FINAL: CHI 98 | MIA 106
