Karl-Anthony Towns Hits Game-Winning Shot Against Grizzlies

Ever since the Minnesota Timberwolves traded away Jimmy Butler, things have been quiet for them. They’re currently fighting for playoff positioning, three games out of the eighth spot and battling every week to move up in the standings.

Tonight, they beat the second-to-last in the Western Conference Memphis Grizzlies in dramatic fashion, with Karl-Anthony Towns hitting a buzzer beater in overtime.

The shot came after Andrew Wiggins tried to end the game and hit a brick with time ticking down. KAT somehow managed to grab the board over two Grizzlies defenders, then turned around and hit the game-winning bucket.

Towns finished with 16 points and 10 rebounds.

FINAL: MIN 99 | MEM 97
