Kevin Durant Reacts to Greg Oden Calling Himself NBA’s Biggest Bust

Random highlight from last night……

Last week, Greg Oden was featured on a episode of ESPN’s Outside the Lines. While the former no. 1 pick of the 2007 NBA Draft remained in high spirits, he said he’s looking to contribute back to helping his Alma mater, Ohio State, in developing players for the upcoming changes to the league.

One fellow basketball associate, who had Oden’s support, was the person who went directly behind him 10 years ago in the draft, Kevin Durant. The co-captain of the Golden State Warriors came to his defense and said Greg calling himself the biggest bust in league history wasn’t true. He went to say, “Nonsense. That’s nonsense. In order for you to be a bust, you have to actually play and show people that you progressed as a player. He didn’t get a chance to.”

With limited time on the court through 104 played in his entire career, he didn’t get the proper chance to showcase his real talents. Let us know in the comments below if you agree with Durant.
