The path to the NBA doesn’t stop for Kiwi Gardner. After not being drafted this past year, he’s still be trying to reach the ultimate goal, but now through different avenues.
In this episode of “THE TRUTH,” Kiwi talks about his competitive nature and how far it’s evolved since he was a child, saying there are some things you can’t control, but you can always work on the things have some sort of control on. Just recently, he did his thing at a Bakersfield Jam tryout and is now looking to make it to the D-League, with the November 1st draft day looming. This is a do or die situation for him and he’s hoping for the best.
We can all learn a little from Kiwi, mostly to not give up on your dreams and keep your eyes on the prize. Everything happens for a reason, but you can still work hard and do the best you can to achieve whatever goal you have your heart set on.
