RIP to everyone
The entire world has been hit with some tragic news to sadly start a new decade and 2020. Kobe Bryant and his daughter GiGi have sadly passed away this afternoon, after a helicopter crash in Calabasas.
There were various reports surfaced that more members of the Bryant family and Rick Fox were on board; but those rumors were debunked after investigators confirmed they weren’t there. The two were traveling to an AAU game on Sunday morning, as their helicopter reportedly hit a mountain in the suburb city of Los Angeles.
Another teammate of Gigi, one of her parents, the pilot and four others on board were also. This is the initial confirmed story, so we waited hours out of respect to the families to cover this situation.
Look for more information to emerge throughout the week. Our condolences go out to all families affected by the situation.
