Kobe’s thoughts on Shaq
A few days ago, Shaquille O’Neal revealed on Jimmy Kimmel Live that he would be receiving a statue outside of Staples Center next year. The Big Diesel is set to join the likes of Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Jerry West, Wayne Gretzky and others – who have all been immortalized.
One person who has eternal sports history with SHAQ is Kobe Bryant, as the two have reconciled in recent months to actually have a personal friendship. ESPN sports columnist J. A. Adande caught up with The Black Mamba to give his thoughts on the statue and why he’s not interesting in talking about imminently being immortalized with the legendary athletes.
