Kobe Bryant Reportedly Wants to Win GOLD Medal at 2016 Olympics & Retire

The Black Mamba wants to exit the game as a champion!

With Team U.S.A. Men’s Basketball kicking off their summer campaign a few days ago, Team USA director, Jerry Colangelo has revealed that Kobe Bryant is planning to ride off into the sunset next summer at the 2016 Olympics. Although Kobe was not present at the three-day minicamp, the only player eligible to skip the practice would indeed be The Black Mamba. Bryant still has to make the 12-man roster next summer after the 20th season of his career is completed next April. Whether or not Colangelo and Mike Krzyzewski are thinking of giving the spot to somebody else remains to be seen, but we’re sure whoever misses the cut won’t mind witnessing history for a player that paved the way for them in three decades.
