Is Porzingis on his way out?
With Phil Jackson doing everything to force Carmelo Anthony out of town, Kristaps Porzingis is finally frustrated with the direction of the Knickerbockers. So much, that he skipped monthly meetings last week with New York president Jackson and general manager Steve Mills.
Well, teams immediately began to inquire on the 7 foot 3 cornerstone player; who’s still confused why the team can’t land free agents and wants Melo out. The 21-year-old cryptically tweeted out The Los Angeles Clippers, with multiple emoji’s – which was immediately deleted before it went viral.
However, those few people who saw the tweet live, managed to screenshot the information; for evidence of a possible trade in a few weeks. Coincidentally, his rumored girlfriend and supermodel, Abigail Ratchford, mentioned the Clippers on her social media platform and would erase as well.
We’re uncertain what kind of trade the Zen-master could be looking for; due to the Clippers not having a first-round pick to trade until 2020. Los Angeles also has to deal with re-signing three major free agents this summer: Chris Paul, Blake Griffin and JJ Redick.
