There’s no arguing that LeBron James is one of the best players in the league, if not the best right now. But truth be told, the KING is getting up there in age.
Which is why it surprises when he makes these kinds of plays.
LBJ is athletic. There’s no denying that. But for him to go full throttle on the baseline, get past two Minnesota Timberwolves defenders, go up and under for the circus lay-up with hang time and contact? That’s just absolutely filthy. Even Bron Bron seemed to have surprised himself. Did you see his reaction after the shot went down?
The Cleveland Cavaliers cruised for the win, as King James led all scorers with 27 points and 12 assists. Kyle Korver also added 20 points off the bench for the team.
Andrew Wiggins couldn’t lift the young Wolves past the team that traded him, but he still held it down with 23 points, while Karl-Anthony Towns provided 26 points and 12 points on the night.
