The hype behind LeBron James‘ return to the Cleveland Cavaliers this year was so real that he pretty much ran away with the award for highest selling jersey in the NBA in 2015. This is the second-consecutive year King James wins the award, achieving the feat in his first year on the Miami Heat and his rookie season for the Cavs.
Who came in second? Mr. Splash Brother himself, Chef Steph Curry with the pot, up three spots from last season. The Black Mamba, Kobe Bryant took home third place even though he’s been out for most of the season, while injury plagued Kevin Durant and Derrick Rose round out the Top 5.
As far as team merchandise sales go, the Chicago Bulls finished No. 1 above the likes of the Cavs, Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Lakers and Oklahoma City Thunder. Chi-City what up!
