In what could possibly be the deciding game in the Premier League title race, Man City kept their cool with a 3-2 comeback against Everton. Barkley began the scoring 10 minutes in, who hit an incredible shot over Hart from outside of the area. City were quick to equalize shortly after, as Aguero managed to beat Howard at his near post. The visitors took the lead just before half time with a goal from Dzeko, with an assist from Milner giving him the chance to head the ball into the back of the net. Not long after the restart, Dzeko grabbed his second after Nasri found the striker at the near post and was able convert. Despite Lukaku scoring a worthy headed goal less than 10 minutes later, the final scoreline finished 3-2 to Man City.

Man City now move to top of the league ahead of Liverpool on goal difference, while Everton settle for a place in the Europa League next season.
