Sterling Joins Man City
After a massive transfer saga this year, Raheem Sterling has signed a contract with Man City on a five-year deal, reportedly worth $76m. A record signing for the Manchester club, Sterling also becomes the most expensive English player of all time, and will wear the number seven shirt next season.
The 20-year old spent a total of five years at Liverpool, going from the youth system to the first team, scoring 23 goals in 129 appearances for the club. Sterling will join the rest of the squad on their Australian tour later this week.
