Bastian Schweinsteiger Joins United
Man United have completed the signing of Bastian Schweinsteiger from Bayern Munich, in a contract lasting three years. The 30-year old joins Van Gaal’s side after 13 years in the Bayern first team, scoring 70 times during his 500 appearances in midfield, and winning the likes of the Bundesliga eight times and the Champions League once. Not only that, but he was a major part of Germany winning the World Cup last year.
