Aside from being deemed the greatest basketball player of all time, Michael Jordan can now but “billionaire” in his cabinet of achievements. The former Bulls All-Star has now increased his stake in the Charlotte Hornets, which would put his net worth in the 9-figure category. His ownership percentage in the team went from 80 percent to 89.5 percent, with the franchises reportedly worth around $600 million.

The Bobcats might be one of the worst teams we have seen out on the court for close to a decade, but the future looks bright, especially after changing their name back to the OG Hornets.
