UPDATE: 49ers Win 34-28

The biggest game of today’s action is by far the San Francisco 49ers and the Green Bay Packers. The Packers are 3 seasons removed from their Super Bowl victory, while the 49ers are fresh from a heartbreaking Super Bowl loss last February to the Ravens.

Last January, the 49ers defeated Green Bay by 13 points led by the heroics of Colin Kaepernick and more importantly their defense. Mario Manningham and Michael Crabtree are out of action for the first few months of the season, so Colin will have to look down the depth chart at Vernon Davis and Frank Gore for an extra added boost of offense.

The Packers are looking to avenge their loss on the road, but unfortunately the 49ers offensive and defensive lines are just too much for the Packers, with a strong secondary and Kaepernick confusing the Packers with his read-option. We expect the 49ers to win this game and leave a message to the rest of the NFL.
