Must See NFL Sunday 2013: Week 10

n3
Carolina at San Francisco
Time: 4:05 PM (ET)
Network: FOX

After losing back-to-back games earlier in the year (Seattle and Indianapolis) that had everyone edge in the media, the San Francisco 49ers have quietly obtained a 6-2 record winning 5 straight games. Their opposition hasn’t been that impressive, but they’re still getting the job done. Today that opposition increases a bit when they host Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers, who’ve been one of the more impressive seasons this year in comparison to last year at 5-3. We’re giving the edge to San Francisco, strictly on the run game from Frank Gore and Colin Kaepernick that’s been dominating teams this year.

The 49ers front five against the Panthers front 7 will be one of the most intriguing things to watch in the NFL all weekend; but Frisco should have their way with Detroit’s defense, since they’ve returned back to their roots this season of ground-and-pound offense.

UPDATE: Carolina 10, San Francisco 9
