UPDATE: Colts Upset 49ers 27-7!
For the second week in a row, the San Francisco 49ers are in our pick for game of the week once again. Following their embarrassing loss to the Seattle Seahawks where they only scored 3 points in a blowout, the 49ers will come into tonight’s game with a chip on their shoulder. Obviously leading the team in the passing; Colin Kaepernick also has 50 more yards more than Frank Gore in the early stages of the season, with the most on the team.
We’re expecting Gore to have his big breakout game this year and the entire team to bounce back against the Colts back at home. Indianapolis has a lot to look forward to in the future recently acquiring the third overall pick of last year’s NFL Draft in Trent Richardson, which he’ll add a running game dynamic to the already deadly passing game Andrew Luck holds. However, that will be on hold sadly, with the 49ers defense being too much for the Colts tonight.
